      Pros

      Job stability, benefits, work schedule flexibility. Management is very lenient on alternate work schedules and working around home life situations. Resources available. There is a huge amount of leave that you earn per year

      Cons

      Work can be slow. Small problems become deal breakers. A lot of emphasis is given to small and sometimes insignificant issues which delay the end product from being accomplished.

      Family friendly, good work-life balance, opportunity for advancement currently, adequate levels of training.

      Cons

      Increasingly burdensome management structure that reduces effectiveness and does not seem to progress in the desired direction. Absence of technically challenging work. Low standards and out-dated office facilities for much of engineering. Poor technology availability.

      Pros

      It's a great job. the benefits are awesome. My Boss is very respectful. Co-workers are always positive and happy. work load is reasonable.

      Cons

      Mostly busy work. not a lot of high level calculations. Upper management isn't very good management. could be a lot better.
