Racist employees, and management does nothing about it. All the morning emails tout about their anti-racism policies, but it's rampant and accepted. I actually had an upper level manager ask me why I was present while someone was harassing me. This place is ridiculous. If you think this won't happen to you think again. This is just the culture.
