This company truly values promoting from within, developing all of the talent to their fullest potential, and treating us all as HUMANs. When I was hired as an SDR, my daughter was 3 months old. They let me work for 4 months and then gave me 2 months of paid maternity leave even though they didn't have to. My leadership team told me to do what was right for ME as a mother, not what I thought was right for TripActions. THAT IS INCREDIBLE and unfortunately too rare in tech these days.
