- Best-in-class product - Free lunch - Good insurance

Cons

- CEO is destroying the company from the inside out - No care for employee wellbeing. Top performers leaving all the time due to environment. Attrition well above industry standard. - No chance its still a $9.2B company anymore - Constant turnover in executive team. Cannot retain or attract the talent needed to make company profitable or IPO ready. - Too many checked out, disengaged employees making collaboration and productivity very difficult. - Non-inclusive workplace. Very little diversity on leadership team.

Pros

Navan's stability is what I love the most about the company. The training, on the job training is very effective. I, along with my peers, feel valued and heard by senior management. Navan does great in their flexibility to work from home. Navan is fair with recognition through compliments from leaders and bonuses.

Cons

The schedule does rotate every few months, so you have to be prepared to adapt to that constant change. May have to work some weekends as per needed.
