A ton of smart, driven, and innovative minds. There is a lot of exciting and interesting work to do. You can’t possibly get bored in this stimulating environment.

Cons

Some leaders have challenges setting reasonable expectations for deliverables in the face of aggressive timelines and limited resources. The impact of this resonates in the org and frequently created a “fire drill” atmosphere.
