      Pros

      Working at Navan has been a fantastic experience as a first job, I started in the summer and was taken under my Managers and Account Executives wings immediately. During the training and ramp period, they ensure you know what your doing and are comfortable with it, they don't just throw you into the swing of things. My co-workers are now my good friends and everyone could not be more supportive!

      Cons

      There is a lot of change happening at Navan, since it is a newly founded company, and it can be challenge and a bit confusing but, it truly helps your adaptability skills.

      - Internal mobility: Navan promotes on merit and the opportunity to advance quickly is a significant pro. - Product fit: Though any sale is challenging, Navan's product is truly disrupting the market and solving significant gaps in the industry. - Culture: Most people are likeminded with the goal of growth, money, and IPO. Very down-to-earth coworkers who push each other to grow and succeed.

      Cons

      - Change: Navan moves fast, there've been many changes. If you aren't accustomed to a fast-paced company, Navan may not be the right place for you. - Communication: Because Navan is fast-paced and in growth mode, communication falters and there are times when decisions, or changes, aren't communicated effectively.
