Great Culture: The teams are collaborative and talent-dense; you’re surrounded by people who are genuinely invested in each other's success. Meritocracy: Promotions are tied directly to your impact and performance rather than tenure, which is refreshing and motivating.

      Cons

      Constant Evolution: The pace is very intense and things are always changing. You have to be comfortable with frequent shifts in direction and a high-velocity work environment.

      - consistently challenged - motivated by the peers around me - opportunities to change roles - attainable quota - company culture is great, celebrating the wins hard and feel like I have a work family - emphasis on development all throughout role by management, leadership, and enablement As you can see, I can't say enough good things about working at Navan. It has given me opportunities I never knew were possible, like getting a promotion and starting in a new office.

      This is not a con, moreso a statement of expectations of the role that outbound calling, emailing is very important in this role!
