      Pros

      Best product in the market, hyper growth therefore room for career advancement if you can navigate the challenges of a fast moving startup. Other's will tell you to watch out and poor leadership, however if you are able to be the one to standout and find solutions to problems, you can grow quick and make good money while doing it.

      Cons

      Toxic employees all around, easy to fall into the mix, do yourself a favor and stay out of it. Goals are intense but achievable if you really hustle, but that is not unique to Navan that is across tech these days.

In addition to a team of leaders that are committed to not only their growth but the development of their team- the in person environment creates for long term personal and professional connections.
