      Pros

      TripActions has a great culture. The founders - Ariel and Ilan — are amazing and inspiring! The company is innovating and growing fast. Everyone can have a major impact every day. People truly care here: about the company, each other and our customers. Accomplishments are recognized. It is great to be able to work here - I feel honored and lucky. I look forward to going to work each day.

      Some days can be long. That comes with a high growth start-up.

      Pros

      Such an amazing time to be a part of this team. It's exciting to see so much growth in all areas of the company, and see all the new customers signing on! The team is filled with amazing people. The work is challenging but I can genuinely say I'm happy to come to work every day.
