      Success is rewarded with high pay and promotion. Navan is growing extremely fast and has a need for Account Executives, Account Managers, and SDR managers leading to a number of promotion opportunities within the sales org. Management really receptive to feedback High success = high trust and more flexibility

      Cons

      Competitive base salary, always wish it could be higher.

      -Great management and enablement, coworkers and management want you to succeed here and will give you the tools to do so. -Salary and commission are great, as well as a very clear and relatively quick promotion path. -Company culture is great, met some great people at this company I plan to keep in contact with for a very long time. -If you put the work in you will succeed here!
