      Pros

      Navan is a fast-paced environment and while that's not for everyone, if you are ambitious and hungry to grow as both a person and a professional then there is not a better place to work. Culture is a major factor as everyone helps everyone -- and everyone is hard-working and ambitious as well. People who work hard and succeed will have tons of doors of opportunity open.

      Cons

      Fast-paced can be a double-edged sword. This job is not easy. So for someone looking for an easy job, it's not for them. If you're looking to be challenged and grow, then it's perfect.

      - Great culture - Support is amazing. All the way up to the CRO. - Work life balance is great

      I see this as a pro but many will see it as a con: - Fast paced, tons of change (for the better), Managers do not micromanage.

      Pros

      - Strong talent. You become like the people you surround yourself with. This place as a high bar for talent. - Meritocratic culture. You put the work in, and you'll be rewarded. I've had 5 promotions in my time here but I've also worked very hard. - Ability to work across many different countries, industries, and with different roles. - Great network builder. I've been able to build relationships with so many people in different orgs at Navan and with our customer base that will no doubt open up future career opportunities. - Great product and company vision. The addressable market for Navan is HUGE and we've only scratched the surface. If you want a company that has so much room to grow, Navan is positioned very well with an excellent product.

      Cons

      I dont look at this as a con because I like a lot of variance in my job but a number of people would probably not like how fast our jobs evolve. The expectations only increase in your role but that's part of a high-performing culture IMO. That said, some people would look at this as a con. You can't just come in and put in some work. The expectation is to always be raising the bar and operating with excellence.
