      Pros

      - Challenging and rewarding! - It feels like my hard work actually pays off. - I feel that I am doing something I enjoy. - I have a large opportunity to drive change in the product and my org. - I really love the people I work with. If you're someone that's smart, driven and a good teammate, the opportunities are endless.

      Cons

      - There are still processes that we are working to define but it gives people the chance to shine and be a part of defining those, no matter what your role is! - The product moves quick but I find this challenge to be exciting.

      Fast-Paced and Engaging: The job is never boring and there's always something new happening. Fun Work Environment: It's a "grind," but the company culture and people make it enjoyable. Great People: You get to work and collaborate with amazing colleagues. Awesome Perks: The beautiful offices and delicious food are a major plus. Meaningful Work: You're proud of the products and can't imagine working anywhere else.

      Cons

      Definitely a Grind: The fast pace means you're always working hard, which might not be for everyone.

      Pros

      Navan (TripActions) used to be the best place ever to work. Then the pandemic and tech recession hit and it was hard (I left and boomeranged back). Now stuff has stabilized a lot and there seems to be a totally renewed energy here and growth trajectory. Smart, dedicated, mission driven people, who care a lot about growing the company and kicking the bad competitors butts. Some top sales people are making very, very good money, and most of the team seems to be exceeding quotas.

      Cons

      Still a bit messy and lots to do, but in general I feel very supported.
