      Pros

      Good time to suggest new things and learn new skills. Pre-IPO company going all in on maximising profits.

      Cons

      Some managerial decisions are rather obscure and poorly communicated. No one really cares about employees, general vibe among people is that you're just a spare material. If you're okay working within this paradigm and not burning the hell out, then you're good to go.

      - Caring people team leadership, very talented coworkers - Good career and learning opportunities - Business is doing well even through pandemic and market struggles

      Cons

      - Change is absolutely constant here. You have to be flexible to be successful here, but it can be exhausting and taxing. - Major RTO push, leadership wants employees in office on a random days like Fridays
