Pros

I’ve had the privilege of working with Navan for almost two years now. Like any new journey, the first couple of months were challenging—learning new processes, tools, and adapting to a new role. However, I was fortunate to have a dedicated team of leads and managers who supported and nurtured me, setting me up for success. Through my willingness to take on more responsibilities and openly voicing my career goals to my manager, I’ve been given incredible opportunities. I’ve assisted new hires during the Runway portion of their training, become a subject matter expert in NDC, and helped colleagues refine their skills after formal training. Additionally, I’ve been able to sharpen the skills I brought to Navan while learning many new ones. Of course, there are days when things can feel overwhelming—whether it’s due to high volumes or other challenges. But what sets Navan apart is the unwavering support from our leads, managers, and colleagues, who always help us navigate those tougher days. If you’re someone who is eager to work hard, learn continuously, stay flexible, and grow your career in a dynamic Travel Management Company, Navan is the place to be. Cons

Having to utilize multiple booking tools that sometimes do not function properly. Navan Platform technical errors. High chat and call volumes.

Pros

I truly enjoy working at Navan. I've had the privilege of working with amazing managers and supervisors who have supported my growth. This job has expanded my knowledge significantly, as I’ve received training on Amadeus and gained expertise in SPRK, as well as full proficiency with the NDC tools. The pay and benefits are exceptional—it's hard to imagine finding another job that offers the same level of compensation and outstanding insurance benefits.

Cons

One challenge I face is that I'm not particularly tech-savvy. When someone contacts us with technical issues, I sometimes struggle to provide clear guidance or solutions. I find it difficult to troubleshoot or explain technical problems in a way that helps the person resolve them.

Independent work with great people around to help when needed. No micro managing if you're doing as expected. Genuine people with lots of ambition.

Cons

Can draw a bad hand in regards to which accounts you go after, but skilled SDRs can overcome this.
