      - Onboarding at TA is incredibly robust and thorough, unlike any other company I've worked at - You spend one week in Palo Alto at HQ, and get to meet many people and learn a ton about the org - You learn the entire sales process and cycle, as well as learn the product to demo and pitch with confidence. - TA spends a ton of time bringing their sales team up to speed so they can be successful in their roles

      - It's a long grueling week - Eats into two weekends if you have to travel from other cities

      Thorough and Effective Onboarding for Sales

      Pros

      The sales onboarding bootcamp and enablement program was very well organized, engaging across multiple teams/departments/regions, and had a complete end to end curriculum of corporate, product, and role/skill knowledge. It was a pleasure to attend in person for more rich/engaging live learning.
