      Pros

      Navan is fast paced, that is mentioned in basically every review on here - but most of those changes end up being beneficial. Navan has matured a lot as a company in the 18 months I've been here, when I started it was very much a "we're figuring out how to be an IPO ready company" now it is "We are going to IPO, we have the right people (new C-suite people with experience) to make it happen. Here is how we are going to do it."

      Cons

      As the company has matured, the higher level execs feel further and further away from general employees. Comp structure for AEs is confusing and changes frequently
