Pros

-Managers are really nice and care about your success -Awesome team with great company culture -lots of resources to help you get the job done and if you have any questions people are more than willing to help out -Great benefits and unlimited PTO!

Cons

Like any company it has its issues here and there but so far I've had nothing but a positive experience

Pros

Product is amazing. Full stop you’re hard pressed to find a better product market fit and product as far ahead of the competitor set than at TripActions.

Cons

When will travel restart. Competition pricing confuses buyers. Program managers are usually very low level and risk adverse. Leadership seems unaware and/or not compassionate to market challenges. If you care about diversity the head of dei is just a friend of ceo and since his hiring all but one African American remains in the sales organization. He just promotes his personal brand but does nothing truly in the lane of dei.
