      - Star team in EMEA and internationally, with proven MEDDICC sales leaders who don't believe in boiler room mentality - Amazing opportunity to learn and grow from the best - Even though it's a unique challenge to join during a pandemic, the support and energy in the team is unmatched to any other MEDDICC company I've worked for - Product and marketing is well-aligned to sales and has been able to churn out some incredible updates this year to drive business - Company is coming out of COVID strong with products aligned to sustainability and finance leaders...positioning themselves to be even more of a force - Top-notch investors (A16Z as an example) who have immense belief in the company - A lot of negative reviews on here from the last year or two when the company went through a shift to be more process oriented with sales ...not a bad thing if you come from the value-based selling background

      Cons

      - Certainly challenging to work in travel during COVID, but I've never seen this kind of energy, hustle, and momentum from any company before (and I enjoy a challenge)
