      - So many cons it might seem great from outside but its not - High Risk, layoffs every now and then, worst company in any kind of investment be it shares incase it manages to go public which is far fetched - Previous bad reviews seem to have disappeared which were written about previous CRO and Sales - Comparing this company with other big tech companies is a big joke that recruiter makes while selling you job

      Pros

      People around you. One is able to make friends here easily as everyone is feeling equally miserable and insecure.

      Cons

      Senior management! They have treated the employees so badly over last couple of years that it seems karma is hitting them now. Things are extremely bad at all levels - HC planning, employee, attrition, customer satisfaction etc. that it seems like a free fall of the company now. I hope they consider hiring a new CEO to give another opportunity to the sinking ship before it is too late.
