The leadership team, the management team, and the company as a whole has shown INCREDIBLE humility and empathy for employees. Being a travel company through a pandemic is no easy thing, but I take pride in the way our leaders have handled the tough times and brought us to the place we are today. Best product in the industry by a longshot, and it's becoming even more relevant for companies coming out of the pandemic. Strong team - You have the ability learn and collaborate brilliant people. You're challenged every day, and it forces you to become better. Leadership is experienced and has proven success. Earning potential - Very facorable comp plan, and more funding from notable VC's. The company's valuation is increased during the pandemic, so the shares I'm earning have a stronger and stronger chance of becoming a massive payoff.
