      Pros

      hybrid working days is the only pros.

      Cons

      Pathetic experience working at Navan. The HR department is highly unprofessional. There is no proper onboarding or offboarding process. They support micromanagement and promote favoritism. The behavior is rude and arrogant, driven by insecurity, and it plays a major role in spoiling the company culture. There is no grievance-handling mechanism; employees are simply told to leave the company if they raise any concerns. Think wisely before joining this organization.

      Very good product. Good pay.

      Cons

      Everything else ! Huge and constant power war in senior leadership and c-level. CEO's (yes, there are many) have been switched at least three times in the past year. No meritocracy, RevOps and DealDesk are a mess with the most inefficient processes. Teams compete instead of collaborate taking each other’s opportunities and that's accepted and encouraged. Overall, awful culture and chaotic environment. Lots of fear and no transparency.
