Pros

Lots to space to take responsibility, grow and thrive in a growing company. Lots of smart, hardworking people to team with. Unlimited time off, flexible work schedules. Major prospect of disrupting a latent market and exiting to a great result.

Cons

As a startup, the pace is faster than a traditional, established company. But that's also kind of what you sign up for. Entire travel industry also suffered in 2020, which obviously affected the business. Recovery is underway though.

Pros

Best in class product, competitive comp plan for AEs (lotta upside!), very strong exec team, heavy focus on enablement, clear performance expectations, product getting great traction in Enterprise.

Cons

Not so much a con. Performance management culture with clear expectations. Be mentally ready to work hard and be developed!

Pros

I've had only a positive experience working at TripActions. From the culture, to my coworkers and managers, I have always felt supported and have been able to grow my career in the year and a half I've been apart of the team.

Cons

Working from home has been tough and I am excited to get back to the office!
