Best in class product, some good leaders, fun office environment (pre covid)

Cons

Poor commission structure, some very poor leadership, lots of turnover so people always coming and going in the company, even in upper management.

TripActions is clearly on a path towards winning the T&E category! The leadership team is second to none, the product is constantly improving, and demo's of the platform literally brought our customers to tears (of joy) during the COVID pandemic. When you work at TripActions, you will not only learn so much about the evolving travel, payment, and expense landscape, but you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the best leaders, mentors, and colleagues in the SaaS industry. It's truly a company that cares about its people, the culture, and the impact we'll have on our industry and the world. Further, it was impressive to see how leadership navigated the various stages of the pandemic in 2020, and throughout the year our customers & prospects continued to tell us how thrilled they were when witnessing our product improvements. If anyone is looking to be challenged, grow their skill set, learn from the best (no joke!), and see how a fast-growing company scales globally, this is the time and place to join.

Cons

For anyone ready to join be prepared to work hard and contribute right away - the best way to become a top performer at TripActions is to challenge the status quo, always raise the bar, and of course, remain humble. If you can do that, you'll have a great experience and will never look back.

Rapid growth company means there's many new problems to solve, products to support and company's to work with. New product lines come out monthly and genuinely shaping change in the travel market.

Cons

Hiring for numerous positions is slow and leads to teams being stretched and working multiple roles across functions.
