      Exciting company with huge career progression opportunities and continuous learning. The team, company and management are supportive, invest in your growth and have a lot of fun along the way!

      Cons

      Very fast paced environment which suits certain personalities, I personally loved it however understand it's not for everyone. If you're willing to work hard, be consistent and give 100% for a fast career path, this is the place for you!

      - Coaching - Atmosphere / Community / Culture - New office - Career progression I have been working at Navan for little under a year and have seen huge change in the business since joining, which adds to the excitement of working at a pre-IPO business. We are always made aware and kept up to speed of the business's needs, creating a great environment to excel personally. The next step in my career is always at the forefront of my leader's mind, making the more stressful days seem worthy and more manageable.
