      The salary is good compared other companies within the same role

      Cons

      The company publishes work schedules without taking their employee's into consideration at all. While what they are doing is within their legal right, they do not care about what commitments you might have outside of regular work hours, and will schedule you to work evening shifts (14:30-23:00) for months at the time, giving you no space to be with family, friends or any other commitments that you have. For comparison, this change has recently happened, after working at the company for 2 years with regular 8:00-16.30/9:00-17:30 hours. At the same time Navan brags about a healthy work-life balance and how it cares about its employees.

      Great benefits and environment, a place to grow and to make things happen, upper management trusts you and gives you autonomy, great opportunity to work and learn with experienced colleagues and management.
