Pros

The same benefits package you'll receive from any other startup.

Cons

Expect to be overworked and underpaid while your coworker(s) that have a better relationship with management just coast by. If you have different views than the populous, odds are you have a target on your back. Deteriorating culture, zero accountability, no appreciation for the employees that are the backbone of the organization (Customer Support). If you do decide to work here, keep your head down and fall in line. (insert sheep emoji) If you do that, you should get along just fine.

Great company culture, hardworking people, really have the ability to make an impact. Employees are treated well. If you work hard and deliver, you will be rewarded.

Cons

Is challenging to work here so be ready. Move very quickly, communication at times can be very challenging.
