      Pros

      I love working at Navan! The company listens to you, is very flexible and working from home is a wonderful benefit. When I need to go to the office we have a great structure and team meetings/events. There are many opportunities to grow in the company, it’s up to you to make it happen!

      Cons

      Sometimes the speed of change is so fast that it takes us a while to adapt. But this is normal, as Navan is an innovative and constantly developing company.

      After 17 years in the same company, I accepted the challenge to join Navan, which was one of the best decisions of my life. Great work environment, they provide us with all the tools for personal and professional growth and the chance to work with amazing people from all over the world.
