      Pros

      A great place to work where most people seem to be on the same page of where they want the company to go. CSMs all show up with the same motivation, eagerness and professionalism to strategically work with customers to make sure that they get the best of the best. Great work is recognized.

      Cons

      A very fast growing company hence be prepared for constant changes in processes, strategy, product and the day to day. Long working hours and pressure. High employee turnover.
