80-90 percent HIRE AND RETAIN thoughtful smart people PROVIDE career development, holistic help with internal praise and promotion DO creative tasks that make high impact and work together to solve problems

Cons

10-20 percent, bad apples... office politics w/ toxicity, brotopia abusers charming w/ their lingo/personality but really controlling/manipulative sociopaths that hold themselves a victim when exposed

We will be walking into 2019 like a plant conquering titan THANOS. We got the culture stone, the momentum stone, the product stone, the funding stone, the team stone, and growth stone. We will be taking over and infinity is the limit.

Cons

No cons. There is continuous learning and devlopment here and growth, no egos, just an awesome team thats going to crush it next year like a Thanos winning market share and taking over.
