I returned to the company after a long absence and was very satisfied. I was impressed by the strong onboarding, the idea of letting employees grow and supporting further training. There are excellent managers with clear goals and strategies on how to achieve them, guiding employees but without annoying micromanagement. Anyone who has ideas that help the business move forward is allowed to put them forward and contribute their own ideas. The structure of the induction is great and you are quickly introduced to your new colleagues and there is a clear structure as to what tasks you are given and what goals the company and the individual employee have. The teams are diverse and inclusive and many women hold management positions. I work a hybrid model and I can plan my working hours flexibly during core time working hours of my team.
