      A rollercoaster but you'll learn a ton

      Pros

      In my experience, if you are keen to learn and get stuck in, you are afforded plenty of opportunities. Ideas, tenacity and delivery/execution are really highly valued and it is less about how senior you are /years of experience/previous company experience. The people I work with are also some of the best people I've worked with in my career.

      Cons

      It's a lot. The company can move fast and change direction. You also may feel out of your comfort zone at times but if you embrace it, it's where you end up learning the most.

      Pros

      while navan is an extremely quick moving company, it's really great to work for such a supportive, fun team that works extremely hard and wants everyone to succeed. the training program for new hires is one of the best i've ever seen

      Cons

      the company moves extremely fast. sometimes things slip through the cracks but i've never seen those things not corrected or people wronged because of the change
