The leadership is mission-driven, and you feel genuinely connected to the company’s success. Specifically: Impactful Role: As a Senior eRecruitment Coordinator, I feel like a vital part of the Talent Acquisition machine. I'm driving efficiency in recruiting operations and have direct input into how we scale our processes. True Scale-Up Challenge: The speed here is exhilarating. You learn fast and are empowered to move quickly. For anyone with 4+ years of experience in TA/RecOps, this is a fantastic place to build and own high-visibility projects. Collaborative Culture: The team is highly engaged, supportive, and focused on building a best-in-class product.

Cons
