Discontinued 401k matches and previous travel benefits-
Be prepared to be barraged with 3 live complex and impatient chats at one time from when you login and turbo mode to 4 or more depending on volumes. The worst is you can be calling an airline and be chatting with 3 clients at the same time because you have to be available to call out and also hyper-productivity.
Basically, you are doing the job of 4 people for the pay of one. In a day you get 2 or 3 -All hands on deck AHOD flash warnings to take on more chats than what you already do due to extreme volumes. Help from Leads is slow, especially in AHOD and your stats can be a mess which now can mean bad work shifts assigned when scheduling.
Your Manager is just a puppet in this show -directed from the top and really cannot help you and also, because they have no clue what you do in the 1st place. The rules are all set in stone anyway...
I should have read some of these reviews here before I left my previous job for this zoo. There are so many more cons and this is complete honesty. Think long and hard if this is what you want before you apply here unless you get off on high stress and roller coaster rides then this is the place for you.
