      Pros

      Before Navan, I classified myself as a very well-rounded sales professional. After joining the team, EVERY aspect of my day-to-day is challenged and pushed to be better. Expectations are very high, the support to get there is even higher!

      Cons

      It is very fast paced, tons of behind the scenes work is needed to be successful, if you aren't willing to work hard, you will not be successful here.
