      Great place to work if looking to build experience with MEDDPIC and master value selling; expect to grind but hard work pays off 12+ months out

      Cons

      metric heavy org, AE's are expected to PG along with SDRs, high SDR turn over can have a big impact on performance, low quota attainment by AEs (~50-60% hit quota); do not expect to hit quota year 1.

      For a highly driven enterprise seller there’s few places better. #1 product in a legacy space that’s ready for disruption, $1m earners, high talent density that are also good genuine people, a culture that promotes enterprise sales with full leadership support, lots of internal promotions.

      Cons

      As with many high growth companies, more resources to help with demand gen and market development would be helpful.
