Pros

Medical benefits were decent and 3 weeks of vacation.

Cons

Not sure why I stayed that long, you are gaslighted and left to hang dry in tough situations. You know they are trying to get rid of you and get someone at a lower pay etc and probably why I ended up getting mental help after I quit.

Pros

People talked about liking some of the benefits. For me that wasn't a pro enough to recommend working here.

Cons

Management (or lack thereof of functioning management) Attitude to improving hte product or even listening to tenured travel industry people. Using the excuse of being a 'startup' to use 'workarounds' for everything that is broken. Somehow winning big clients without the resources or the desire to improve the product to be capable to do what the client needs (ie selling them on something they cannot do)

Pros

There is no benefit that TripActions offers that any other startup doesn’t.

Cons

Culture of bullying and constant changes referred to as “growing pains.” Management is under qualified and disorganized. Put your track shoes on and run is my best advice.
