      Great platform that is getting better (weekly!) A truly innovative company that has the potential to shake up the market in a big way CEO and CTO are smart, effective and approachable Competitive pay and nice perks Mostly friendly environment Typical Start up amenities like a fully stocked fridge and catered lunches

      Cons

      Company culture needs some work. As it is you are looked down on for taking breaks or a lunch. Employee stress is swept under the rug Palo Alto location is difficult to drive to. Traffic in the area is awful and parking is a challenge. Typical growing pains of a startup that is expanding rapidly.
