The 401(K) matching is kind of sad. They only match up to 3% and it’s only .50 cents on the dollar. I don’t know why it’s so little considering we are a 1 billion dollar company. Most companies will match 100% on the dollar up to 6 percent.

They treat you as dispensable and you can be let go at any moment no matter how long you've been with the company. There's a lot of favoritism happening and this happens across all departments.
