      Pros

      Overall good people and good company. Nice people. Very Helpful. Honest Feedback. Proactive with employees. Management is easily Approachable. Very transparent in the process.

      Cons

      Generally all is good. Just wished they were a little more flexible in Salary negotiations. Employee training is one place where they could get better.

      Pros

      Good work ambiance, good co-workers and overall facilities are good. Salary structure and pay packet are not bad. The location is good.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no cons which I remember. Cons vary from person to person, however I was more or less satisfied and if given an opportunity might join the company later.
