not a great place to work

No micromanaging, decent benefits package

Cons

Open office environment, unfriendly atmosphere, hostile. Witnessed and endured sexism and harassment on multiple occasions - management and HR turns a blind eye. Turnover is very high, lack of accountability in the people that are content staying here. The direction of the company is very unclear. Everyone is scared of the CEO, they do whatever he says without questioning anything and it's running the business into the ground.

Good products and strong brands.

Cons

Upper management, CEO and COO treat employees horribly. The CEO is short sighted and believes more in propping up short term earnings than building a long term successful company. The CEO once said he wants people to work harder, not smarter. The COO is an equal disaster of a manager who is ill-equipped to lead. Morale across all functions is very low and getting lower.
