-Good exposure working on different technologies -Fast paced environment -Fun/ accommodating people -Recognition -Multiple Good Projects

Cons

-No bonus/stock -No pay-scale growth -Pay less than competitors, and for similar positions in the area - Work doesn't end at office, not great work-life balance
