      Navigate Realty is an amazingly collaborative environment that helps their agents grow into rock star agents. The leadership is invested in the success of their agents by providing mentorship, coaching and feedback.

      Cons

      If you want to coast as an agent, this is probably not the firm for you. You will set goals and given all the help to achieve them.
