Good career opportunities, good compensation and benefits, good work/life balance, good culture and values

Cons

Senior management was a mixed bag. Went downhill fast after Hertz wholly owned.

Pros

decent hr salary of about 28k with full benefits and some fun perks. My site had cool co workers besides the manager steve fertner was a total joke of management. The guy didn't know how to take control of his region.

Cons

Upper management is horrible. at least when it was only navigation solutions. After hertz bought them out, they did a massive lay off. I have my advanced MECP and they laid me off over two individuals which did not.
