Good while it lasted - Hertz killed it slowly but surely.

Pros

Easy job for the most part. Was able to travel and seem much of the country for various assignments. Learned a lot and happy for the experience.

Cons

Was a bit behind on product development. Could of done more with the equipment we were installing, though this was mostly due to (parent company) Hertz not wanting to spend money. Lacked communication to field staff on important items.

Pros

Friendly atmosphere with emphasis on employees.

Cons

Beginning in November 2014, Hertz began laying off a significant number of employees, essentially "gutting" the company. Morale went straight down, as the employees waited for their "termination".

Easy work and nobody there really cares much anymore because its obviously on its way out.

Cons

Nobody really cares because its on its way out. Mostly incompetent and slackers left.
