Place is a joke

Pros

None. Cant wait to get out of this place. Thanks Hertz for killing this company. Now we all have to find jobs because you cant keep your finances straight. Appreciate that.

Cons

Pay, laid everyone off so now you do 3x as much work. Have to use your own money for the business expenses sometimes. Once Hertz bought us, place turned into a joke.

Pros

Very good management understanding of IT and Development cycles. Very much enjoyed working in an uplifting environment with very smart people of integrity. I learned a lot.

Cons

Subsidiary of Hertz, who was not very wise with their finances. It was also not extremely wise to spend so much on lunches for the department for weeks on end. Convenient, yes, but not very wise.

Pros

decent hr salary of about 28k with full benefits and some fun perks. My site had cool co workers besides the manager steve fertner was a total joke of management. The guy didn't know how to take control of his region.

Cons

Upper management is horrible. at least when it was only navigation solutions. After hertz bought them out, they did a massive lay off. I have my advanced MECP and they laid me off over two individuals which did not.
