I thoroughly enjoyed working at Navigation Solutions, until the company decided to lay off most of its engineering work force. A company that works in technology cannot survive without its engineers. Frankly, I'll be surprised if this company lasts much longer. Layoffs were given without any notice.

Management, Vice President(s), Overall lack of direction which lead to unnecessary work and the main product to be delivered a year too late thus Hertz laying off a majority of employees.
