Pros

NavigationArts is a standout company! It is a fast-paced work environment that grooms employees to be creative and critical thinkers. The amount of effort the company puts into the development of its employees is outstanding. They really want to see every person grow (coming from a few jobs where this was not the case, I can really appreciate it). The relaxed office environment is a great benefit, as well as, the company provided snakcs and drinks! All of the employees are very approachable to new hires and help foster that encouraging/developing environmnet. I can see myself staying here for a long time!

Cons

While it is not in DC, McLean is not too far of a commute and with the newly opened Silver Line, I can take the metro quicker than I could drive!

Pros

They provide the ability to grow in your position. They believe in you and the work. There are often fun days like company events, food/treats galore and just daily laughs with coworkers.Very flexible and no micro-managing. CEO and others often email kudos for recognition about projects we've accomplished and other items. Colleagues are very smart/creative people. It's rewarding and exciting work.

Cons

This place gets actual work done. A lot of it. If you're looking to sit back and collect a paycheck for nothing, not the place. Also, even though you may be happy and having a good day, there is always that one negative Nancy that will always find something wrong with anything, which is unfortunate.
