LGBTQ+ friendly. They have pretty supportive of me with my sexuality and gender identity. Management is will to work with employees on operations and salaries.
Cons
Tedious and repetitive work. Similar tasks most days. Very low pay, company is still deciding on its identity and how it wants to operate.
