      Pros

      I have been with Navitas for about an year now, the management is very friendly. They encouraged me in my field of interest. They motivated me to learn new technologies which in-turn help me excelling at my work place. Their pay structure is very competitive and always on-time

      So far I don't see anything.

      I have been working at Navitas Business Consulting Inc for more than 7 years. Great culture, friendly people and teamwork. Leadership Team and Higher management encourages us to work on emerging technologies. Management recognize employee's hard work. Good Salary & Benefits.
