      I have been working at Navitas Business Consulting Inc for more than 7 years. Great culture, friendly people and teamwork. Leadership Team and Higher management encourages us to work on emerging technologies. Management recognize employee's hard work. Good Salary & Benefits.

      Management - By far the best i have worked with Opportunities Technology - There are multiple opportunities to learn new Technologies. The Senior Architects are really knowledge and Helpful when required Culture - Simply the Best

      Nice company, good benefits

      Pros

      The management is very nice and attentive to the employees. All the other things depend on the contract one will be working on, but Navitas provides a lot of different trainings and benefit package is very good too.

      Cons

      There was no ptos in my contract.
